From sunrise to sunset, Fairways will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay at Sanctuary Point. Wake up to the fresh open air and have a cuppa at the breakfast bar, and when the urge strikes to have the first swim of the day, everyone can jump in the car and drive down to Paradise Beach to throw yourselves into the sparkling waves within just a few minutes. After you come back and rinse the sand off, your only problem is deciding how to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with air conditioning and relax in front of the TV with Netflix and video games at your fingertips, or grab a book to read on the comfortable couches or the front porch. When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful sun. If you don’t feel like cooking, stroll over to The Country Club and dine at their restaurant or cafe, and follow your meal with a game of pool, tennis or golf. If you’re there for dinner, you can stick around for live entertainment or activities, with something different any day of the week.
Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; Sanctuary Point is right on the edge of St Georges Basin, and just a little to the east is Jervis Bay. Memorable holiday home

Beautiful house with a spacey backyard. Closer to the beaches and the shops. Enjoyed every bit of our stay
Clean and tidy place with an awesome location. Travelled with two other couples and their small children - a perfect family home. Had all the required amenities, though if you plan on cooking best bet is to bring more of your own condiments as needed. But other than that, definitely coming back here for a stay in the near future!
Great place to stay location wise. Kids loved the bunk bed and layout of house was great airflow wise and ping pong table in the back!
My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. Loved the home, felt truly like home away from home. Rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of space for us to enjoy BBQ and my 3 year old to run around. Less than 5 mins to the shops. 10 mins from Hyams beach which we loved. Love seeing families of kangaroo right over the backyard. Thank you for toys and games provided, what a personal touch that was! Would love to stay here again next time : )

Great home to stay in! Close to shops and a lot of beaches. Very clean.
Beautifully clean home, photos don’t do the place justice it was much bigger than expected. Nice homely touches like games, Netflix and books to read. Highly recommend.
