The property innovative floor plan includes the renovated main house and an exquisite granny flat. Wake up refreshed in one of the high-quality beds, ranging from sumptuous king and bunk in the main house to comfortable queen and tri-bunk in the granny flat. Several bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms for added convenience and privacy.
"A Touch of Paradise" has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience. The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen is a food-lovers dream, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, a coffee machine, and a delightful assortment of coffee, tea, and seasonings. After a delightful meal prepared with love, gather in the comfortable living area and enjoy a riveting movie on Netflix, engage in a friendly board game challenge, or savor a relaxing chat complemented by your favorite tunes emanating from the portable Bluetooth speaker.
Beyond the indoors, the outdoor area awaits to provide countless sun-drenched memories. - A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear, front garden unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the dining room and bedroom 3.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
