Stay cool and cozy throughout your stay with the blissful air conditioning in the living area, ensuring you're relaxed even on the hottest of summer days. Kick back and enjoy your favourite shows and movies on Netflix, or crank up the tunes on the Bluetooth speaker while you enjoy a cold drink outside in the sun as you cook up a storm on the BBQ. When everybody's full, You can forget about the hassle of washing dishes – our modern dishwasher will take care of that for you!
Outside you will discover the generously sized, fully enclosed backyard – a haven for kids and pets to frolic. There's no need to worry about parking, with the property offering a convenient carport to keep your vehicle safe from the elements. When it's time to turn in for the night, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Blue Wren comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or a group of friends. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- The washing machine and dryer is one combined unit
- This property has a CCTV camera located externally at the front door of the property. This will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced in the rear only (some minor gaps)
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room only.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Kimberly S - 20th November 2023We had a great time @ Blue Wren. Comfortable house and so close to the beach. Highly recommend fish & chips at Something Seafood 2/57-69 Emmett St Callala bay. Much nicer than Huskisson. Also Calabrisella wood fired pizza - delicious. We have left a take away menu for future guests. A nice getaway. We hope others enjoy this place as much as we did.
