Built in 2020, this modern property sleeps a family of six with all modern conveniences including Wifi, Netflix and air conditioning to stay cool during the hot summer days.
Imagine being only three minutes walk from sinking your toes into the stunning white sands of Jervis Bay, where you can swim, surf, or just float in crystal clear water and dry off under the shining sun. Your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves whilst the adults relax.
This sun-filled property is perfect as a home base for your holiday on the coast. Inside you can relax with the family on the couch and watch a movie or battle over a board game at the table. Maybe head outside and relax with a cold drink and a book in the courtyard whilst you listen to some tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker. The BBQ and outdoor dining table are perfect for a Sunday sizzle to enjoy the sea air, and with the fully-fenced backyard you’ll have peace of mind as your kids and pets run around.
When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the fully-furnished kitchen, keep it simple with local fish and chips, or drive to one of the nearby restaurants for a treat. As the day ends, grab a chair and a drink to watch the sunset turn into the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen. Everyone will be cosy as they turn in for the night, and your ensuite with it’s detachable shower head and deep set bath will have you sinking into relaxation whenever you need it. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- A small amount from every booking donated is to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area and dining area.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Perfect Location , nice and sunny property
Hashinda S - 1st April 2024Perfect size for a small family, nice, sunny, and clean, and 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Overall I would book again without any hesitation and recommend this place. Decent outdoor backyard and BBQ (We didn't use at all still). Wish there was a Netflix, Disney or Foxtel account to use during stay

Great accommodation and location
Pamela B - 16th July 2023We spent four days at Callie's Retreat and enjoyed every minute. The beach is a short three minute walk from the house and it is beautiful. The house has a welcoming feel and is decorated in a lovely beach style that is uncluttered but had everything we needed and more. The kitchen has plenty cutlery and crockery as well as clingwrap, foil, salt and pepper etc. The bathrooms are both modern and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of room. A great place to stay!

The perfect Home away from Home

It was a very quiet area and the style was comfortable enough that we were happy to sit around like it was a home away from home. We also liked the large array of board games on offer to occupy some spare time.

Nice stay
stephen h - 27th April 2023Well equipped and nicely located town house. No problems encountered, very much in the mold of Professional Holiday Homes rentals so you know what you are going to get. Access easy, WIFI worked well, very clean. Back yard quite tight and no view but fully fenced and perfect for our little dogs.

We loved the short walk to the pet friendly beach every morning, just wish there was some shelter for the pooch in the backyard on a rainy day. Absolutely loved the relaxing family holiday which was long overdue. Would love to come back again.

Kathy H - 1st April 2022I highly recommend Callies Retreat. The layout is very comfortable and practical. Great bathrooms and the kitchen appliance are good quality. Only 5 min walk to the beach. Great house for our 2 dogs as well.
