With 5 inviting bedrooms spread across the property, including 3 in the main dwelling, and an additional 2 in the separate studio, there's ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge. Offering 3 bathrooms, morning routines are a breeze, starting with an espresso enjoyed in the sun, everyone can then get ready to embark on a day of adventures along the pristine coastline.
Inside, you'll discover modern comforts like air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. Here, entertainment is at your fingertips. You can get cosy on the couch and enjoy complimentary Netflix or battle it out over a few board games! With space to park your boat, you can get set to head out on the water for a spot of fishing or a leisurely day of sight seeing, where if you're lucky, you'll stumble across a pod of dolphins playing in the waves. With the local skate park just a short drive down the road, as well as the local cafes, restaurants and shops- there’s something to keep everyone happy.

- Note that the studio bedrooms have a Queen bed in one, and the other bedroom has two single beds
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (entire back garden)
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the main living area.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience.
