A bright and spacious, recently renovated three bedroom, two storey home that sleeps 10 guests in comfort. With a huge, fully enclosed back garden and entertaining area the whole family can dine alfresco whilst the dog or kids play safely.
Imagine waking up to serene views through the trees across to Curleys Bay where you can stroll to the water’s edge and fish, or paddle across this unspoiled paradise. If you choose, hop in the car, and in only 2 minutes (10 if you walk) you’ll be at the stunning golden sands of Culburra Beach, or in 10 minutes drive you can be at the world-famous white sands of Jervis Bay. There you can swim, boogie board or just float under perfect blue skies in crystal clear waters. Your four-legged friend can run for kilometres whilst the kids splash in the waves and you simply relax.
There’s no need to fight over the TV at this house there’s a small TV in the upstairs dining area or downstairs the kids can kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix or a DVD on the big screen TV. Upstairs you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a large bright and airy dining area for eight with sliding doors opening onto a wonderful verandah where you can sip a glass of wine and enjoy the water views and fresh breezes sweeping off the bay through the trees.
A well-equipped kitchen means you can save money and dine in or if you prefer there’s a BBQ in the back garden where the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills before the family gathers around the outdoor table to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast. If some tunes outside are more your style there’s a Bluetooth speaker under the TV downstairs.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 3 bedrooms (all with built-ins) with mattresses as soft as clouds and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Culburra and Jervis Bay area (from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets”) that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore. But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast. For coffee lovers, there is the bonus of a pod espresso coffee machine with complimentary pods.

Great place, really cute. Short drive to shops and beach.
Great quiet location. Terrific compact kitchen. Huge backyard for dog and backyard cricket. All the comforts of home and more
Great house with an even better backyard. Provided heaps of fun games that we spent all day and night playing having a good time. The rooms are amazing with an even better kitchen. Would 100% reccommend this house to people looking to get the best out of Culburra.

highly recommended Culburra accom and doubly so if you have pets - our cavoodles loved the large fully fenced backyard space! everything you could possibly need is provided with the beach only minutes away. we loved our time here....super quiet and restful.
