Lazy Days Beach House is a large, well-equipped property only 4 minutes’ walk to the world famous white sands and crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay. With two levels including a games room for the kids and a large outdoor deck, Lazy Days is spacious enough to hold 3 families (and pets) in comfort.
Brushed with a classic beach house style you can enjoy multiple living areas including a wonderful outdoor entertaining area where you can sip a cool drink whilst listening to the waves crash in the distance. The back deck is the ideal spot to launch a tennis ball to the dog, read a book or to watch the kids play in the fully secure garden; or maybe you’ll just watch the sunset turn to the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen. At the front of the house is a sun-soaked veranda where adults can retreat to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation.
When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix on the big screen TV or reconnect the family over a game of table tennis downstairs or you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi.
On the deck, the chef can show off their culinary skills on the BBQ before the family gathers around the outdoor table to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 4 bedrooms all with inviting beds, 2 warm showers, extra pillows and blankets if you need them and plenty of storage for all your things. Fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore.

Good holiday home
A nice place to have a weekend getaway with friends. Lots of space to hang out, ping pong table and air conditioning. Comfortable beds to fit all and dog loved the big backyard. Unfortunately the BBQ gas bottle was empty and we had to go out and buy our own, two of the three bins were already half full and some maintenance issues like some lights wasn’t working. Although this small things the house is a great choice and we had a great stay.
Really great location. Comfortable house with plenty of accomodation. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
