The cottage has been recently renovated to offer you the best in contemporary living. Sink into the lap of luxury with our plush, comfortable beds – one king and one queen – ensuring a good night's sleep after your adventures. With 2 bathrooms, there's no need to worry about morning queues, and the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing your favourite meals a breeze.
For those warm Aussie days, the main bedroom is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and an additional fan in the second room. Enjoy the use of sun lounges out the back, and there are also beach toys and bikes at your disposal. With ample space to park your boat on the property, Magnolia Cottage is a handy and convenient choice of accommodation for water enthusiasts.

Important Information:

- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced, however please be aware the fencing at the front of the property does have small gaps and some larger dogs may also be able to jump.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in Bedroom 1.
- The second bathroom is outside- external to the main house.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
