Nestled right on the white sands with the pristine waters of Callala Beach as your backyard, this vibrant holiday rental is your ticket to a perfect coastal getaway. Matilda’s offers an unforgettable experience for up to 9 guests across its 3 cozy bedrooms.
For those caffeine enthusiasts, start each day with your morning cup of coffee using the convenient Nespresso coffee machine in the well-stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find a home that's as inviting as the ocean breeze that wafts through its windows. With 2 bathrooms, including one conveniently located just steps away from the main house, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The entire property is adorned with ducted air conditioning, ensuring your comfort on even the hottest days.
Step out into the back garden, and you're literally on the beach! Matilda’s offers direct access to the sandy shores, making it a paradise for beach lovers. Your furry friends are welcome too, thanks to the fully fenced and enclosed dog run area on the street side of the property, ensuring they can play safely while you soak up the sun. And if you have a boat, there's ample space to park it right there with you on the premises.
Inside, the fun never stops. Challenge your friends and family to friendly competitions with the board games provided as well as table tennis. Create the perfect beachfront ambiance with your favourite tunes using the Bluetooth speaker while you fire up the BBQ for alfresco feasting and cold drinks on the deck, complete with the sound of the gentle waves lapping in the background.
After a day of beachcombing and sunbathing, rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower before you relax in the comfort of your beachfront paradise. As the day winds down, gather around for a cozy evening indoors and enjoy complimentary Netflix, or simply let the sound of the waves serenade you to sleep.
At Matilda’s, no matter how you spend your time, you're guaranteed to create special holiday memories to cherish and last a lifetime.
Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- There is a cctv camera located on the garage facing towards the street. This will be on during your stay for your security.
- Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, but also a Tri-bunk (1 x double below and 1 x single on top).
- One of the bathrooms is located externally to the main property. -There is a separate van/dwelling located on the property. This is not part of the current listing and will not be accessible to guests during their stay.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on the street side only- Beachside is unfenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
