Imagine being a three minute walk from sinking your toes into the white sands of one of Jervis Bay’s finest beaches. Here you can swim or float under blue skies in water as crystal clear as a mountain stream. Where your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves whilst mum and dad relax. This property sleeps 10 guests in perfect comfort.
With doors that open out onto the back patio, you can simply relax and enjoy the sea breeze whilst you’ll sip a glass of wine and listen to the waves crash. Inside there are spacious living areas with room for everyone to relax. The garden is fully fenced throughout and the large undercover patio means that you can enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. As night descends sit in the garden and enjoy the best view of the milky way you’ve ever seen!
When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix, listen to some tunes on the bluetooth speaker or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game. Whilst the kids and dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited Wifi.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find four bedrooms with comfortable beds and extra pillows and blankets if you need them. A comfortable double sofa bed in the living area is perfect for two extra guests. In addition to air conditioning in the living areas, fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore! But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast and a complimentary espresso coffee on the back patio.

Thank you so much for our stay at Sandy Bottom in Callala Beach! We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend staying here. Its an open spacious house with all the amenities you need and onlya 3 min walk down to the beach! A stunning beach at that! Cannot wait to return :)

This place is great, highly recommend for everyone looking for a fun couple of nights to just hang out and go to the beach.
Stayed at Sandy Bottom for a long weekend in a heatwave, with 10 of us all family. Close to a beautiful beach, plenty walks around and the rest of Jervis Bay not far to drive to. The house is really spacious and light, great comfortable beds and an enormous master suite. Big wrap around garden and great entertainment area and safe for dogs with undercover area. Could not fault it in any way, huge amount of utensils in kitchen, big living area for all of us with smart TV, though we spent most of our time outside. Dogs loved it and the dog friendly beach. Had a wheelchair in the party and the house was very easy to get around in, just needed a ramp up the front step. Will definitely come back!

We had a great time, and were particularly impressed with the level of care and consideration provided. More specifically we appreciated the additional amenities provided for food, the excellent location, the cleanliness of the place, the electrical appliances which were in good working condition. Overall, the place was well very equipped and stylish. We would highly recommend others to stay at this property.

Very happy with this Sandy bottom. With an IGA and bakery with all the essentials just 5 min drive down the road and an amazing beach a light stroll away, this house was perfect for our family. If it weren't for the shoddy dish washer and a lack of citronella oil for the jars provided, I would have given this place 5 stars. All in all, an amazing place with ample space, perfect location and a great place to stay for any family looking to spend some time at Callala Beach. Will definitely stay here again!
