Imagine being only four minutes walk from sinking your toes into the golden sands of one of the South Coast’s finest beaches, and only a 10 min drive to the world famous white sands of Jervis Bay. Where you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under blue skies in water as crystal clear as a mountain stream, where your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves whilst mum and dad relax.
You’ll be staying at a South Coast Tourism Awards Finalist where every comfort and convenience has been provided. Brushed with a beautiful 1930’s beach house style reminiscent of the golden age of surfing, Sunbaker captures the quintessential essence of beach life on the South Coast. With bi-fold doors that open out onto the garden from both queen bedrooms you can simply relax on a bed and enjoy the sea breeze or maybe you’ll sip a glass of wine on the patio whilst listening to the waves crash in the distance.
The outdoor lounge on the back patio is the ideal spot to launch a tennis ball to the dog, read a book from the library or to watch the children play with the toys in the fully secure garden – or maybe you’ll just keep it to yourself whilst you watch the sunset turn to the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen.
When you do come inside to enjoy the air conditioned living room your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Kick back on the couch and enjoy a DVD or Netflix on the big screen TV? Listen to some tunes on the portable bluetooth speaker? Reconnect the family over a well-contested game of monopoly or scrabble? Whilst the kids and dog play with the toys you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited wifi.
On the back patio the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills on the Weber family Q BBQ before the family gathers around the big outdoor table to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast. In winter toast marshmallows around the fire pit in the back garden (complementary wood provided).
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with inviting queen and single beds, a warm shower and bath, extra pillows and blankets as well as fluffy Sheridan towels. Fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Culburra & Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore!
But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast on the back deck or at the breakfast bar where the Barista of the family can test their Cappuccino making skills on the top of the line Breville dual boiler espresso machine.

A great place with all you need close to the beach. A wonderful place to chill, relax and have a break. Great for dogs and kids.
Lovely place to stay in Culburra and only minutes to the beach. Comfortable and spacious with a fantastic back yard. Pet friendly too. Would definitely stay here again.
Definitely a family friendly home and catered to everyone. The BBQ was well used for the day and worked well! Would definitely come back and stay a bit longer than we did.
Loved our stay in Culburra. Great access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Equipped to entertain the kids was an added bonus!
