The Breakers is located in a beautiful quiet beachside enclave, moments from bustling Milton and Mollymook, and you can cool off in the beautiful inlet perfect for easy swimming, fishing and kayaking, or the dog-friendly beach for some waves and white sands.
Back at The Breakers you can rinse off the sand in the heated outdoor shower, sink into comfortable lounges and enjoy Netflix and Stan or pick a board game to play in the air-conditioned living room with tunes playing on the portable Bluetooth speaker. Both floors of this two-story house have a TV living area, bathroom and kitchen, allowing the kids to be loud downstairs in the rumpus room with, table tennis and air hockey, while the adults relax in the sunshine coming through the windows upstairs.
At mealtimes you can cook and eat inside or whip up a storm on the BBQ and eat al fresco in the fresh air. Families with furry members can rest easy as the backyard is fenced, and the wraparound balcony means you can take advantage of the sun all day long, with a Nespresso on the deck chairs in the morning, and a chilled glass of white wine in the hammock in the afternoons.
Cool off in the ocean nearby anytime you like, and don’t forget to explore the area; the owners recommend bushwalking at Pigeon House Mountain and checking out the fantastic surrounding restaurants, including The Milton Hotel and Cupitt’s Estate. Come on down to The Breakers for the holiday you deserve.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation. -Bedroom 4 is a tri bunk (double bed + single bed) and a set of single bunks (2 beds)
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (rear garden - front garden unfenced).
- The garage at the property is not accessible to guests and is not part of the listing.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area and one bedroom.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
