Sun-drenched interiors and a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with a dry butler’s pantry make cooking and entertaining effortless; meals flow from the kitchen into spacious living and dining areas that open to a covered alfresco BBQ and private inground pool with cabana, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor layout for lazy afternoons and poolside dining.
When it’s time to wind down, the media room with oversized, comfortable lounges offers a cosy retreat for movies and quiet afternoons, while generous flexible living zones give everyone space to relax. Practical comforts include ducted air-conditioning throughout, a separate laundry with washer and dryer, secure off-street parking for two cars (with additional room for a boat), and thoughtful finishes throughout the home. The property comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms.

The Perfect Stay
Wendy C - 28th December 2024Absolutely loved our stay in Pearl at Callala Beach a beautiful, clean, spacious and well appointed home away from home that our family loved. We felt really comfortable and will definitely be back again. A short walk to the beach and a quick drive to other amenities. We could not fault anything, the large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the beautiful kitchen alfresco and pool were just amazing. Highly recommended.

Home away from home
Danny Z - 1st February 2024If you’re looking for the perfect home away from home getaway this is the place to be. Everything you need within a short distance, a 6 min walk to Callala Beach - a beautiful beach with clear waters to a 5 min drive to the local shops. Pearl at Callala is a beautiful new home that really suits a large family, with 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large kitchen alfresco and pool -we really were spoilt. We will be returning!
