With its fully fenced garden, 'Sommaroy' assures exclusivity and security while encouraging outdoor family activities. Welcoming up to eight guests, the home boasts four immaculately appointed bedrooms guaranteeing our guests' utmost comfort. Each room is designed to permeate warmth and ease for a rejuvenating sleep amidst luxurious bed linen and plush pillows.
The main bedroom is a light-filled haven with a King-sized bed, offering a private sanctuary for relaxation. The other bedrooms are furnished with a flexible configuration of a Queen bed and single beds, perfect for younger members of the family. The two bedrooms upstairs access the family bathroom and downstairs the laundry has a shower and toilet for the convenience of the downstairs bedrooms.
Experience culinary satisfaction in our fully-equipped kitchen featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and other essential pantry items. The dining area puts forth an ambiance that invites leisurely meals and laughter-filled conversations.
Ample seating in the living area is available for guests to unwind, recharge, play board games, or watch their favorite shows on the Smart TV. Our pet-friendly hub creates a welcoming environment, enticing you with a delightful fire pit for warm and cozy nights under the starry sky.

Important Information:

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear, front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
