- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced, the garage is not accessible to guests
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- The garage is not accessible for guests, it is locked for owner storage only.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the main living area only
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.

Great for long weekend
Marcela S - 18th May 2023W loved our long weekend in Parkview and Culburra - great spacious house everything was there ready for our stay and air con for chilly nights worked really well. Clean, bright and welcoming. definitely will come again. Easy walk to the beach and fantastic walks on beach. Safe for dogs and park across the road great for a run.

The house & location to the beaches & all amenities was fantastic. We loved all the areas that our family could relax in & the outside undercover area was brilliant! Mario L - 24th April 2022Our family of 9 (6 adults + 2 kids + 1 dog) had a great time at Parkview during our Easter holidays. The house has a large master bedroom in the front and good sized double bedrooms in the rear. Large entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. Walking distance to Culburra Beach (off leash dog beach), and easy driving distance to other areas around Jervis Bay.

The garden and outdoor settings are lovely and the yard is fully enclosed so your dog is very safe. There is free wifi and Netflix, books and boardgames so plenty to do on rainy days or at night. The beds are super comfy. We'll definitely be returning. Best dining recommendations...Sun Sun Chinese, Culburra Bakery, Pelican Rocks cafe, Greenwell Point. 😊

Excellent and clean house
Grace G - 1st December 2021We have a wonderful time in this great house. There are plenty of spaces inside the house for everyone. My dog stayed outside the house as he can run around the back yard and sleep at the side yard where we can watch on him through the glass door.
