In the first two bedrooms, you’ll find pleasantly comfortable queen-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a sturdy bunk bed and a single bed. Feel the morning ocean breeze from the comfort of your room which boasts stunning vistas of the beach, infusing a tranquil ambiance throughout.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear. Front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room, 2nd living room, dining room and bedroom 1.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
