Escape to relaxed, sun-soaked living at Sunkissed Manor — a spacious, two-level coastal home in beautiful Jervis Bay, just a 3-minute stroll to Callala Beach. Flooded with natural light, the house is designed for large groups: airy living zones flow effortlessly to a covered alfresco dining area and a sheltered pool deck, so mornings, lunches and long afternoons round the barbecue feel completely seamless.
The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with generous bench space and modern appliances that make feeding a crowd simple, while the adjacent dining area seats twelve for shared meals. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to relax — two comfortable lounges plus a dedicated cinema room mean movie nights and quiet corners are both easily accommodated. Sliding glass doors open to the inground pool and lush backyard, creating excellent indoor–outdoor flow for kids to splash and grownups to unwind.
Practical comforts are thoughtful and plentiful: ducted air-conditioning throughout, three well-appointed bathrooms (including a corner bath downstairs), laundry facilities and off-street parking with room for several vehicles. Sleeping up to twelve guests across six bedrooms, Sunkissed Manor is ideal for extended families and groups who want pool time and easy beach access in Jervis Bay.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

Large house in a good location
Chris M - 28th January 2024We have stayed in this house before and it accommodates our extended family very easily. The pool is great and there is some lawn for kids to play on. Kitchen is well equipped . However on hot days all the bedrooms except the main bedroom get very hot with insufficient airflow . There is aircon but it was not working well enough to cool the rooms . It is also not an option to have to turn off the aircon at 10 pm if it’s very hot

Luxury Family Holiday!
Debra W - 31st January 2023Sunkissed Manor was the perfect luxury getaway to catch up with all of my family. The home is spacious with plenty of room to cater for both adults and children. The outdoor area is large and very well maintained. A short stroll to the beach means you have the absolute best location possible for all family members - a pool and the beach. The air con has you comfortable all year round. Everyone loved our stay and we are booking again for next year!

Great family holiday house
Kate P - 1st January 2022This house was perfect for three families with kids. The three separate living areas made it easy to escape each other when we needed to, with the main living area great with a large family dining table so everyone could sit together. We never felt on top of each other, we’re never waiting for the shower (as there are three bathrooms) and the pool and outdoor BBQ/dining area was perfect when the weather was warm. There was ample kitchen utensils and crockery for 12 people and beach 2 min walk.
