One of the standout features is the inviting outdoor spa, ideal for sinking into after a day at the beach or an afternoon exploring Culburra and the wider Jervis Bay region. The large enclosed garden also makes this home a great choice for guests travelling with their dog, with plenty of room to run, play, and enjoy the fresh coastal air.
The outdoor deck is made for easy holiday living, whether you are starting the day with breakfast and espresso in the sunshine or winding down in the evening with a BBQ or homemade pizza from the woodfire oven. Please note, wood for the pizza oven is not supplied.
Inside, the home blends classic beach shack character with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. There is space to stretch out on the couch for a movie night, enjoy music, reconnect over board games, or use the unlimited WiFi to share your favourite holiday moments.
In the cooler months, the combustion fire creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, with complimentary firewood provided for winter stays. During summer, fans throughout the home help keep things comfortable.
With four welcoming bedrooms, extra pillows and blankets, and a relaxed layout designed for families and friends, The Salty Soak offers an easy, memorable stay in a setting that feels both simple and special.
From spa soaks under the stars to lazy afternoons with your dog in the garden, this is a beach escape made for slowing down and making memories.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- The ice dispenser in the fridge is unavailable for use. There are ice trays in the freezer for your convenience.
- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- The 4th Bedroom & laundry are located in the separate sleep out (please see floor plan for details).
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: There are some small gaps in fences that small dogs could escape through. Please do not leave dogs unattended at the property.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
