Inside, you'll find two generous bedrooms, both adorned with plush bedding and quality linen ensuring a restful slumber. Infused with natural light and equipped with all essentials, the well-appointed bathroom adds to the ease of your stay. The studio comes with a dedicated parking space that can accommodate 2 cars, allowing hassle-free access to your vehicles.
Stepping into the living area, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a selection of board games invite you to unwind after a day of beach fun. You can also expect air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring comfort in any season.
The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for any home chef, complete with appliances like a coffee machine, refrigerator and oven, as well as a stocked pantry with essentials such as coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. Important Information:
- Villa Burra studio is a granny flat located at the rear of the property with its own private entrance and private yard.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (entire garden).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the Living Room.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
