Accommodating up to 13 guests across four spacious bedrooms, Beach Haus is the perfect setting for family getaways and jovial reunions, with the added bonus of being in close proximity to the beach, right near a handy shortcut path that reduces the walk time to the sand.
Upon entering, you'll immediately be drawn to the large, inviting open-plan living and dining area featuring a Smart TV and cozy couches where you can sit back and admire the ocean vista. A fully-equipped modern kitchen boasts high-end appliances such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and even a blender to whip up your favorite smoothies - all crucial for a trouble-free vacation. The home also runs off a whole-of-house water filter, so all water for drinking, washing, and everything in between is filtered throughout.
Each of the four bedrooms has been meticulously designed for comfort, promising a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
The Beach Haus doesn't shy away from entertainment either. A pool table and outdoor games are available, catering to both adults and children. To top it all off, five parking spaces are provided, alongside provisions for EV charging.

- Fencing: The property is fully fenced rear garden - front garden unfenced
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
