With 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms, and 2 spacious bathrooms, each area is thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need. The master suite boasts a lush queen sized bed, a sumptuous ensuite bathroom, and calming views that are bound to captivate. The three additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen and single beds, making this ideal for both family gatherings or cozy getaways with friends.
While inside, lose yourself in a world of comfort and entertainment. From a fully equipped kitchen to air conditioning and a smart TV with Netflix, to children's books and toys for our younger guests, we've got it all. Step outside and you'll find spacious, fully fenced garden, perfect for your furry friends to romp around. Boredom will never be an issue here at Callala on King.

Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera overlooking the driveway and front yard. They will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (see photos)
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in living room, dining room and bedroom 1 - 3.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
