The well-equipped kitchen is designed to cater to all your culinary needs, and there's an added delight of a fantastic espresso machine with inbuilt grinder with beans provided too! Savor the aroma of freshly brewed coffee each morning as you kickstart your day with a perfect cup. Inside you'll find dining for 6 at the table with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. An air conditioned living area with smart TV and portable bluetooth speaker and a plethora of books and board games will ensure no-one is bored should the weather be inclement.
One of the highlights of Hayes Beach House is the lovely back deck with an outdoor dining and lounge area. Step outside to discover this wonderful space, where you can unwind, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine as you relax amidst the coastal breeze and embrace the serene, fully enclosed garden. The outdoor lounge provides the perfect spot to throw a tennis ball to the dog or watch the kids play.

Important Information
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

Holiday at Hayes beach house.
Sharrin S - 22nd July 2023This was my second stay at Hayes beach house and once again I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It was pretty chilly during our stay but the fireplace was amazing, it kept us nice and warm. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Loved my visit!

Fantastic pet friendly beach house

The fireplace was a great bonus on the cool evenings and lots of firewood provided. Couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a pet friendly stay near the beach.

An idyllic stay!
Sarah B - 27th March 2023This host has thought of everything for guest comfort! The living areas are lovely and spacious. We loved having a Google TV and being able to access our usual streaming services. The deck was such a lovely place to relax and I even saw a bandicoot and ringtail possums during our stay. I was very impressed with the hot outdoor shower too as it was the perfect thing after a swim at the beach, which is so close!
