With serene views across the lake and a quiet position just 1km from Culburra Beach, this is the perfect base to recharge and reconnect.
Lakeviews features a large living area, with open views of the serenity of Culburra, and a separate dining area, giving guests space to spread out and unwind. Whether you're holidaying with extended family or catching up with friends, there’s room for everyone to enjoy. Upstairs, a split-system air conditioner keeps things comfortable year-round, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a welcoming space to gather and share meals.
Start your mornings on the upstairs balcony, relaxing with a coffee while you take in the lake views and gentle coastal breeze. There’s even a dedicated desk if you need to sneak in some work—or simply jot down your holiday memories. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and outdoor dining options abound with a BBQ on the balcony and a firepit area in the backyard.
The secure, enclosed yard is ideal for kids and pets to play safely, and with the beach, shops, and boat ramp just a short drive or stroll away, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy everything Culburra has to offer. From swimming and surfing to fishing and kayaking, the area is a haven for outdoor lovers. Downstairs in the garage, you’ll also find a ping pong table, perfect for some friendly competition and indoor fun on quieter days.

Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- The total price stated includes a credit card fee of 1.6%. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the credit card fee will not be refunded.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living and dining room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at far left of house - currently overlooks entry stairs and driveway. They will be on during your stay.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
