With room for four, it’s the perfect getaway for your small family or a handful of your closest friends.
From sunrise to sunset, Periwinkle will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Wake up peacefully on a quiet street and make yourself a Nespresso coffee to enjoy outside in the sun. When the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and in two minutes flat, sink your toes into the stunning sands of Culburra Beach. After swimming in the sparkling waves and rinsing off in the outdoor shower (or the enormous indoor rain shower) back at the house, all that’s left is to decide how you want to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning and enjoy some Netflix or settle down on a chair outside in the sun with a book and a cuppa. When the weather is good (and it usually is), prepare food together in the fully equipped kitchen, then cook up a storm on the BBQ outside and enjoy a nice cold brew.
The back garden is fenced so your four-legged friend can run free, and once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights! The shining sands and sparkling waves of Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach are close by and Penguin Head with its breathtaking view of the headland is just a short distance away. There’s so much to see and do and however you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Periwinkle will ensure you’ll make happy memories to last a lifetime.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area and dining area
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.

Perfect location to the beach

Perfect dog friendly cottage close to dog beach

Perfect house for a beach getaway

Our little dog Mia just loves it and know the house when we walk back. Terrible weather this time but it was still relaxing. This house has everything you would want and more, comfortable and warm. Peaceful quiet stay only 2 mins walk to the Culburra Beach
Chris Z - 26th June 2022We enjoyed our stay at Periwinkle. Only 2 mins walk away from the Culburra Beach. Dog off leash from 3pm to 10am throughout winter. Enjoyed morning and sunset walks at the beach. The house is super clean, has a good size fenced backyard safe for kids and dogs. My doggy loves the backyard! Kitchen has all the essentials we need. Five star stay and we will visit in warmer seasons.

Patrice & - 6th April 2022What a great house, clean, modern, new and well layed out, great open plan. There was only 2 of us plus out little mia. The yard was a great size and she loved it. The patio was really nice and lovely to sit and have a drink and a read of an afternoon. Even though we didn't have great weather, I still managed to go to the beach, which was only a few minutes walk away. Surf great and Mia loved every minute of the swim and walk. We will be back and could highly recommended this to anyone.

John L - 12th December 2021What a Gem " Periwinkle " turned out to be !! ...... you enter & the " WOW " factor kicks in. Bright & tastefully furnished & extremely clean. There was nothing not catered for right down to a few grocery items & the coffee pods were most welcome !! The back deck was awesome so large & you could sit out there in the rain & feel quite at home with the barbie on & the outdoor shower was great so no sand got in the house from the beach, which as they say is a 2 minute walk away. Well done !!
Close to perfect
Mats E - 8th December 2021This lovely house is close to perfect. Very well equipped and maintained. Very close to the beach and not to far to the shopping center all in walking distance. Inside is an open leaving area with kitchen. There are 2 good sized bedrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans, there are also an AC. The bathroom is well designed with a large shower. The sink in the bathroom could be a bit bigger. The only thing we were missing was a range hood in the kitchen. Will definitely be back to this property.

Val C - 3rd November 2021Five stars in all aspects. Smooth booking process and the agent was great in facilitating a last minute request for an early check-in. The property is perfectly sized for a couple or small group and very clean and uncluttered. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and appliances are all newish. Even glasses and crockery etc are good quality rather than being the cast-offs that you often find in beach properties. Walking distance to beach, coffee shop and main shopping centre - and club at a stretch.
