Bed linens and extra pillows are provided for a restful sleep. Experience superior luxury as three bathrooms—stocked with delightful extras like shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner—ensure everyone's comfort and no waiting in line!
The spacious living area, adorned with comfy sofas and a smart TV, invites guests to unwind and relax. A stock of board games and books beckons for family fun, and a Bluetooth speaker injects some energy into the quiet beach evenings. With ducted air conditioning throughout and extra portable fan for the rumpus room, your total comfort is guaranteed no matter what the weather.
The fully appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a coffee machine, microwave, oven, and essential pantry items like coffee, tea, and seasonings. The adjacent dining room, elegantly set with dishes, cutlery, and children's dinnerware, seamlessly connects to the outdoor barbecue area, marking it the perfect spot for alfresco dining at lunchtimes or as the sun goes down.
A fully fenced garden area, complete with a refreshing cold-water outdoor shower and fire pit, ensures complete convenience for your guests and furry family members. Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Bedroom 2 consists of 1 x Tri Bunk Bed (1 Double bed below and 1 single on top) and 1 x Trundle Bed.
- Bedroom 4 is in the rumpus room with sofa bed and closeable doors for privacy. This room has a portable fan.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- To provide added security during your stay there are active CCTV at this property at front entrance, garage, and directed at side and back fence. These will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced in the rear garden area.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests who will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet-friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking, you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks, or hens groups are permitted.

Nancy B - 5th February 2024We highly recommend this beautiful home, it has everything you could ask for and more for an enjoyable stay away from home. There were 10 of us and our energetic groodle, the home was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably without feeling overcrowded even on a rainy day. The home is located in a quiet area, it is close to the local shops and an easy walk to the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we can't wait for our next stay.
