Imagine staying directly across from the golden sands of one of the South Coast’s finest beaches. Where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy amazing views over the water or simply hop across the road and swim, surf, boogie board or just float under blue skies in water as crystal clear as a mountain stream.
This is the kind of property where you can enjoy the simple things in life. This is an old school, eclectic beach house with enough space for 3 families to stay in comfort – with the original 1960’s features (like the pink bathroom and rotunda room) that will take you back in time to another era! But the best part is the large doors that open out onto the terrace with panoramic views across the beach where you can simply relax on a chair and enjoy the sea breeze whilst you’ll sip a glass of wine and listen to the waves crash. Alternatively, escape to the spacious living room where you can relax under the cool of the air conditioning.
Upstairs the uniquely shaped “rotunda room” has stunning views is an ideal space for the kids to hang out whilst the parents enjoy some quiet time below. As the sun goes down over the beach the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills on the BBQ before the family gathers around the big outdoor table to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast.
When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find four bedrooms with seven comfortable double and single beds with extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive online guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Gerroa area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore!

-Whilst the property is pet-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach opposite the house.
-Air conditioning is available within the main living area and up in the rotunda room.
-Foxtel is available in main lounge area.
-There is a separate, occupied self-contained unit under the property (not available for rental).
Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items.
3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

Great house, cool and quirky with the rotunda but really nice open plan space to chill out and watch the waves. Really appreciate having the basics and some extras like tea, coffee, milk, pods, salt and an arrival tin of chocolates! Lots of toys and games! Really clean and tidy!
Incredible house and location
Well presented home with lovely touches of beachside decor and rooms ready for us on arrival. We also received a wonderful gift box with goodies! The view of the beach is amazing and well equiped amenities! Rooms are spacious and have lots of space to relax and chill. We loved our stay and will love to return in future!
