The kitchen, stocked with modern appliances and complimentary essentials, opens to an expansive outdoor deck and lounge area with a fire pit. Picture evenings by the fire pit on the lawn, under the stars, creating memorable moments. Only a few steps from the water, you can sit on the deck and watch kangaroos hop by and ducks swim past. The sunsets are magical, and the setting is very peaceful and relaxing.

An outdoor shower adds convenience after outdoor adventures. The property ensures a hassle-free stay, providing towels, bed linen, and toiletries. • There are ongoing roadworks occurring out the front of this property. Completion will be in mid October, Monday-Friday 5am-4pm
• A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
• A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
• Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
• Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
• Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
• Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
• We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
• For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
• After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
• No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
