Step inside to discover a relaxed, family friendly haven with four generously sized bedrooms designed for comfort and calm. Wake to the gentle sounds of the water and enjoy ceiling fan cooled rooms that stay fresh and breezy throughout the day.
At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy holiday cooking, including a coffee machine and handy pantry items. Share meals around the stylish indoor dining table or move outside to the alfresco dining area. The cosy lounge sets the scene for movie nights, long chats and laughter filled board games.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is Fully Fenced (entire garden).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in Bedroom 1.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
