If you’re looking for a truly special place to host a large family getaway, then look no further. This beautiful, new home sleeps 14 people, has large bathrooms, a big comfy living room, and lots of space for everyone to enjoy a meal. Even fido is welcome here!
Sussex Inlet is a water-lover’s dream, and 5 Mile Beach is just a few minutes by car. With the peaceful St Georges Basin on one side and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean on the other, this peaceful town offers excellent access to plenty of idyllic spots for fishing, boating, kayaking, or stand-up paddle boarding. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, pop into the nearby Swordfish Brewery for an ice-cold, locally brewed, craft beer.
Of course, should you wish to stay home, there’s a smart TV in every bedroom, multiple streaming services, board games, and kids’ toys to keep everyone occupied. With two outdoor dining areas, including commercial outdoor heating and a ceiling fan on the deck, you can eat out in the fresh air any time of the year.
Take your time to wind down at the end of the day with a relaxing bath in the large, free-standing tub, and make your way to one of the comfy beds – there’s a configuration to suit every family member, from queen to tri-bunks. And of course, there’s also plenty of parking, including space for a boat.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Bedroom 2 & 3 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the back door, garden, and garage door facing the driveway. Nothing towards areas of congregation. They will be on during your stay.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Fencing: The property is partially fenced (pets or kids could get out easily so supervision is required).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout.
- This is a families only property. Only groups of adults with children or intergenerational family groups are accepted. Please DO NOT book if you do not meet these criteria or unfortunately your booking will be cancelled.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted. -We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

Spacious and new property walking distance to shops
Emily L - 5th June 2023We stayed with our extended family of 14 people in this property. We were welcomed with some nice wine and a box of chocolates. The property was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It is also nice and close to the shops and water. The sports oval behind the property saw us take in a couple of games of cricket. Overall was a nice 3 nights stay over Easter long weekend.
