Escape to absolute beachfront living in beautiful Jervis Bay at Zara Del Mar — a newly renovated, architecturally striking home with direct beach access and panoramic water views that wake you with sunrise from the upstairs balcony. The open-plan designer living areas and kitchen take full advantage of the outlook and flow straight onto a large undercover deck with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ — perfect for slow breakfasts, long lunches and evenings watching the tide roll in.
Stylish, family-friendly spaces are arranged over multiple levels: the main living room features air-conditioning, a combustion fireplace and a library of books, while a second living area offers a relaxed TV/lounge for kids. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave and Nespresso) and a handy pantry supplies complementary basics to get you started. Two private bedroom decks and a luxurious bamboo-wrapped outdoor raindrop shower make this house an ideal spot to rinse off and unwind after beach time. Kayaks, paddleboards and lifejackets are provided for water fun (please use with care and supervision).
Sleeping up to 10 guests across four bedrooms — including an impressive upstairs principal suite with ensuite, desk and deck — the home also includes a separate laundry with washer and dryer and plenty of storage for boats and beach gear. Pets are welcome. Linen and towels are provided — please bring your own beach towels.
Important Information
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on front, rear garden unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable, and had the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in away from home. Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Fantastic Location
Heidi - 9th August 2022This is my second stay at Zara del Mar and it never disappoints It truly is a stunning location along with the accommodation to match. A group of friends joined me for there first stay and absolutely loved it having the beach right at your doorstep and the house accommodated everyone so comfortably. The house is so well equipped with all your needs and everyone loved sitting by the fireplace at night. I would highly recommend staying here you won't be sorry will be back for sure!

Awesome stay despite the weather
Jade M - 11th March 2022Stayed here during the N.S.W floods, perfect house for multiple families to get away, unfortunately due to the weather we were stuck inside, however they’re were a lot of toys/games to keep the little ones entertained. Just unfortunate the weather wasn’t so great. Locals were amazing taking you to and from the shops.
