There are no annual fees. We charge a listing fee of $1995. This includes professional
& drone photography, a stunning property video, evacuation diagrams, noise
monitoring devices, and all government registration fees.
What if something at the property needs maintenance?
We will automatically carry out repairs up to the value of $300. If above $300 we will
contact you.
Do we have to be pet-friendly to list with you?
You don’t have to be pet friendly to list with us but we strongly recommend it. Recent
