Welcome to Cunjevoi Beach House, your pet-friendly holiday rental located in the South Coast’s seaside town of Culburra Beach, NSW. This classic beach house accommodates up to 5 guests with its 3 inviting bedrooms and well-appointed bathroom.
Cunjevoi Beach House is a classic 196os cottage that has been fully renovated and set up to be an easy get away. For small families, couples or solo travellers. A place where you can relax.
There are two generous bedrooms with plush queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has a comfortable single bed. Each room has a ceiling fan and additional blankets to suit every season.
Relax in the generous lounge room at the front of the house with comfortable cosy lounges, smart TV, games and books. Alternatively, enjoy the sunroom at the back or on the new backyard deck for the morning sunshine.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with new, easy to operate appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine.. Dine in style in our spacious dining room, or enjoy an alfresco dinner the outdoor dining area.
The primary bathroom includes a walking shower and deep bath. Of course the essentials – towels, shampoo, shower gel and bath salts – are supplied. There is an extra toilet in the garage and outside shower has hot water – a perfect way to rinse off yourself, kids or pets after a visit to the beach.
Your furry companions will enjoy the generous, fully fenced garden accessible via a dog door, making this an ultimate pet-friendly haven. For kids – from little ones to teens – we have you covered with books, toys, smart TV, board games, bikes, bodyboards … and wifi!
If you are staying in Culburra to work or to work from holiday, we have set up a small home office with NBN and the double garage means you can store or vehicle and gear securely.
Located just a 5-minute walk from the Culburra Beach, you're perfectly poised for sun-soaked days on the sands. And it’s an easy walk to the Culburra Village for Woolworths, cafes and shops.
Cunjevoi Beach House is not your average holiday rental; it's a fusion of luxury, comfort, and convenience that caters to every family member, including the four-legged ones. So pack your bags (and your pets) and make your next holiday an easy one.
Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear. Front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
