You can rest easy as the property boasts complete fencing, allowing your furry companions to frolic freely. While they play, you can unwind in the hammock with a captivating book or indulge in a leisurely dip in your own private pool. Thrills await the kids at the local skate park, a mere stone's throw away, adjacent to the picturesque Curley's Bay.

Important Information:
- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top) plus one set of single bunks.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September for Properties
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Everything you need for a weekend escape from Sydney.Property has fully gated front and backyard areas, with bikes, fishing gear, dart board & games in the garage. We highly recommend Pipers Spot for a short or long stay as it accommodates for up to 11 people with plenty of space for all. Ideal for summer and winter (outdoor fire pit & indoor fireplace). Cant wait to come back with a few more friends!

jodi B - 22nd July 2024We found this property to be exactly how it was shown on PHH website – no smoke and mirrors. Had a great time on the outdoor BBQ – cooking up a storm for dinner one night and went to Culburra Bowlo for another- even have complementary shuttle bus. Property location is awesome – only a 5 minute walk into Central Culburra. Pipers Spot was great for our fury friend as it’s fully gated. We took our boys for a bike ride as there are bikes, fishing gear, dart board & games are in the garage.
It's great you had a fantastic experience at Pipers Spot! The property matched its description on the website perfectly, which is always reassuring. Cooking up a storm on the outdoor BBQ sounds like a memorable evening, and it's convenient that Culburra Bowlo offers a complementary shuttle service. The location being a short walk to local shops must have been very convenient, and it's great to hear the house was well-suited for your furry friend with its fully gated area. Exploring the area with bikes and enjoying activities like fishing, darts, and games from the garage sounds like a lot of fun for everyone. We hope to have you back again soon!

Super clean with everything you need in the kitchen. Property is on a level block with fully gated front and backyard areas, with bikes, fishing gear, dart board & games in the garage. Packed with absolutely everything you could possibly need, this freshly renovated pet-friendly property provided the perfect family getaway. The place was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfy and the kids had a ball in the pool! The location was also great—located in a quiet street off the main road, but still within walking distance to central Culburra. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and will definitely be back.
