The full bathroom offers modern conveniences including a bath, shower, and a generous selection of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels. There’s also an additional half-bath for added convenience. Revel in the convenience of dedicated parking spaces that can comfortably accommodate up to two vehicles, complete with an added bonus of outdoor shower for refreshing rinses after beach trips.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is partially fenced (pets or kids could get out easily).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
