It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people across four bedrooms, so two families can holiday together while still having space to stretch out. All the bedrooms have fans, to keep you comfortable any time of year. With a large grassed and fully-fenced backyard for your four-legged friend, a spacious theatre room, a well-appointed kitchen and dining space for those who love to cook, and room for three cars and a boat, you can settle in for a relaxing stay from the moment you arrive.
Revel in the peace and quiet when you wake in the morning and start your day slowly with a freshly brewed Nespresso. Grab the kids, the dog, and your towel and head to the beach, just a short walk away.
Callala Beach, the longest beach in Jervis Bay, is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables, so you can spend the day soaking up the sun and sand. Rinse off the sunscreen in the warm outdoor shower when you return home and get ready to spend the afternoon unwinding in the comfy living room, where you’ll find a smart TV with Netflix and a games console ready and waiting. Like to listen to music while you relax? Two portable Bluetooth speakers allow you to set the mood, as you prepare for a family meal.
Retire to the patio to sip a glass of wine as the sun sets, take a soak in the large bathtub, and get ready to do it all again the next day as you experience Callala Beach’s laidback lifestyle. Whether you want to get out on the boat and do some fishing, catch the ferry and explore the waterways, or take it easy with long walks and a dip in the calm waters, however you want to spend your time, Baci al Mare will help you make memories that last a lifetime.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Bedroom 3 & 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- To provide added security during your stay there are active CCTV cameras at this property. One camera at the front of the property and one out the back pointed down the driveway towards the street. These will be on during your stay.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced in the backyard and smaller pets may need to be actively supervised due to some small gaps.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
