Our budget-friendly property accommodates up to 9 guests in three cozy bedrooms. The master suite comes with an en-suite bathroom, providing a serene space for relaxation after a day of exploration.
At Hidden Orchard, we understand that your furry companions are part of the family. With room for up to three pets, a fully fenced yard, and ample space to roam, your beloved pets are invited to share in the joys of your holiday.
The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare home-cooked meals, and the robust coffee machine ensures your mornings start on a delightful note. The patio offers serene views for quiet moments, and the outdoor grill sets the stage for memorable barbecues.
Entertainment options abound at Hidden Orchard. Engage in epic board games, explore an extensive library of books, or let the kids enjoy an array of toys and books. Relax on the patio or catch your favorite Netflix show on the Smart TV during downtime.
Our commitment to your comfort extends to baby essentials, including a high chair and portacot, as well as the convenience of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay, while Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, and an outdoor shower add essential touches of convenience.
Jervis Bay's attractions, breathtaking views, and beach adventures surround Callala Bay. When not savoring the tranquility of Hidden Orchard, a world of leisure awaits right at your doorstep.
Important Information:
- Fireplace in the living area isn't operational.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room and dining room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
