Water Lane offers generous space with 3 living areas and a large outdoor living to accommodate up to 14 guests, making it an ideal sanctuary for large groups and families.

Exuding elegance and comfort, our property features six beautifully appointed bedrooms complete with plush linens and all the comforts of home. The master suite offers you a grand private escape with an ensuite bathroom, while other rooms provide equally desirable comforts.

The entertainment options at Water Lane are exclusive and endless, thanks to its array of engaging amenities including a games room. Our holiday rental features a sparkling swimming pool, a dedicated barbecue area complete with utensils, a smart TV and a selection of board games.

Meal preparations are a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Not to mention the convenience of additional essentials like a washing machine, tumble dryer, dedicated parking spaces for up to 4 cars, and Wi-Fi.

Please note that this property is situated on a battle axe block and is the second of three residences. Parking is only permitted in the designated area in front of 65A. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street, as parking in the shared driveway is strictly prohibited.

Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).

For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera facing the driveway and detects motion and swing around when there is movement by cars or people in front of the house. They will be on during your stay.

No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
