The master suite has it's own balcony to enjoy the sea breezes, as well as an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and smart TV.
The curation of modern amenities at Bluewater strikes the perfect balance between luxury and homeliness. The stylish, fully-equipped kitchen has induction stove, large oven and french door fridge with ice and water. Ample cookware, small appliances and pantry basics and the dishwasher makes cooking and clean-up a breeze. Indulge in fun family dinners in the dining area or opt for a BBQ feast on the patio which features an outdoor lounge to relax on and blinds on three sides to shade you from the sun.
As well as the four smart TV's, for entertainment there is a bluetooth speaker, apple homepod mini as well an an Xbox one with a collection of games to keep the kids happy. For those looking for quieter forms of amusement, a collection of board games and books are available.
Bluewater also sports a fully fenced garden for your furry friends to play in, complete with a box of dog toys. The property also offers four dedicated parking spaces in the driveway and one garage space.

- Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Master suite with WIR, Ensuite & Smart TV (air conditioned)
- Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Single Beds (air conditioned) with built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed (air conditioned) with built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 4 - 1 x Tri-Bunk bed (1 double below, 1 single on top) plus a single trundle bed (NOT air conditioned - has fan) with built-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed (NOT air conditioned - has fan & heater)
Bedrooms 1-4 are located on the top floor, bedroom 5 downstairs
Important Information:
- An Ev charger is available inside the garage at a cost of 40 cents per Kw - simply scan the QR code to pay
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- For your security and safety this property has an active CCTV camera at the front of the property. It will be on during your stay
- Fencing: The rear garden is fully fenced with no gaps
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in both downstairs living areas and three of the bedrooms.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- Pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport

Amazing pet friendly property!
Craig R - 18th December 2023We couldn’t have been happier with this house. It really exceeded our expectations. It is kitted out to an incredibly high standard with amazing facilities such as new smart tv’s, phone chargers, Apple HomePod. There are several living areas so our multiple families could spread out. The kitchen was top notch. Outside there is a large garden and great alfresco area. It’s fully fenced and there were even dog bowls and dog toys provided. Would highly recommend this property!
