Wake up slowly and make yourself a Nespresso to enjoy on the wraparound deck, and when the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and walk just five minutes to the beautiful Bay to cool off and soak up the sun, or a short drive to the beautiful sands of Callala Beach. Afterwards, rinse off in one of the three showers and decide how to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Stay inside comfortably on cooler days near the combustion fire and relax in front of the TV with Netflix at your fingertips; there are three separate living areas each with a smart TV with streaming services, including a huge rumpus room with table tennis, a pool table, and bikes to explore the town. Eleven people can spread out across the property together or apart – there’s a gazebo with not one but two hammocks for anyone looking for a quiet read or a nap with birdlife flitting around, and plenty of tables to play board games.
When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table with pets playing in the fully-fenced grassed backyard, or make use of the fully furnished kitchen. End each day around the firepit and watch the stars emerge above your heads in a gorgeous display of the Milky Way with your favourite people around you. Everything you could possibly want for the ultimate coastal holiday is provided at Callala Calm, where you’ll have a stay that you won’t soon forget.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.

Second stay just as good as first
Janine N - 15th August 2023My adult children celebrated my birthday at Callala Calm, which was so successful that we booked it again this time with my partner's adult children for his birthday. It was just as great. Bedroom configuration excellent. Kitchen well appointed. Fabulous games shed for a fun afternoon of Kelly Pool. And to top it all off, we watched the Matildas beat France. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful family weekend
Janine N - 4th July 2023My 4 children, partners and 2 family dogs had an awesome time at Callala Calm. There were 5 bedrooms so even the adult sons didn't have to share a room. The huge fenced off yard was fantastic for the dogs and the games room was fantastic for the adults! The kitchen was well stocked and a great open plan arrangement with the dining and loungeroom so everyone could mix. The wood fireplace made everything so cosy too. We would stay here again.

Belinda K - 4th January 2023Very happy with the house. It was so clean, it's absolutely huge. My husband loves the pool table and ping pong. very child friendly. Overall fantastic. Great amenities inside, so close to the beach h and shops. Definitely coming again.
