- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property has an enclosed fenced area at the rear of the property only
- Fireplace is not usable at the moment and is not part of the listing -The shower is over the bath in the main house -The second bathroom is external to the main house
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the dining room.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
