This beautiful, pet-friendly home will ensure your every comfort is met. In the cooler months you’ll want to gather in the inviting living space around the fireplace and play boardgames or read a book, while in the summer months, you’ll appreciate the air conditioning, ceiling fans, and outdoor dining area.
The fully-equipped kitchen will make your days a breeze, as you ease into the morning with a Nespresso then meander outside for a BBQ on the patio before spending the evening cosied up around the luxury outdoor firepit, in one of the comfortable and iconic Adirondack chairs.
But it is the private and peaceful garden and resort-style outdoor ensuite that will make your stay something truly special. An outdoor bath carved from stone is set in its own small tropical oasis, alongside an open-air rainfall shower, allowing you to bathe under the clear blue skies or the twinkling stars. Discover the perfect antidote to busy city life as you soak your cares away.
Of course, you’ll also want to get out and explore the long sandy beaches and sparkling waters of Ettalong Beach and head to the Mt Ettalong lookout to take in the spectacular views of Umina, Ettalong, Broken Bay, and Palm Beach.
And when you’ve had your fill of sand and sun, retire to Rest to make the most of Umina Beach’s laid-back lifestyle and enjoy making memories that will last forever.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced with small gaps.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

A beautifully thoughtful property

Both indoor and outdoor spaces were thoughtfully designed and we wished we could have stayed longer. The best feature was feeling that our dogs were safe and content in the yard they were unfamiliar with.

Wonderful comfortable stay
Brooke L - 11th June 2023We only wish we were staying longer. This was located perfectly between The Cove (location of the best coffee on the coast) and the dog friendly beach. Our working dogs enjoyed the break as much as we did, and Rest was perfect for our needs. The bath was sublime and the house warm, comfortable and had everything we needed.
