When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the magazine-worthy kitchen with brand new appliances, or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you cook up a storm on the BBQ, then turn in comfortably for the night with beds for eight across three bedrooms all with new bedding. In the mornings you can freshen up in the walk-in waterfall shower, and wake up slowly with a cup of tea in the courtyard.
Sandy Rays is situated equal easy walking distance from Culburra Beach for beautiful beach views and swimming, and Lake Wollomboola for bird-watching or fishing. The heated outdoor shower will ensure no beach bums track sand across the house when they return from exploring, and you’re less than a ten-minute walk from the centre of Culburra Beach’s main shops and restaurants when you don’t feel like cooking.
Spending time in this outdoor entertaining area is made easy with it's gorgeous deck and outdoor dining that seats 8, a second undercover space with outdoor seating and space for the kids to run around happily. As the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit in your own backyard and watch an unrivalled view of the milky way emerge overhead. - Bedroom 3 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top) and 1 x Single.

- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property has a fenced rear garden - the front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September -We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
